Network Housing Group comprises seven housing associations. The parent in the Group, Network Housing Group Limited, is non asset-holding and all the social housing stock is held by the six key subsidiary associations: Community Trust Housing, London Strategic Housing, Mitali Housing Association, Riversmead Housing Association, Stadium Housing Association and Willow Housing and Care.

Our expertise is in affordable rented housing, key worker homes, sheltered housing, extra care homes, community engagement, development and regeneration.

The Group owns and manages 17,500 units of social housing, ranging from one and two bedroom flats to (a few) five bedroom houses. The Group has an annual turnover of £104m.

In addition the Group incorporates Solon Community Network, a resident participation consultancy promoting resident involvement and community development in urban regeneration.
